Boeing finally delivered a 737 MAX to China last week after years of nothing. That is a rare bit of good news, and the stock popped a little. Then they announced more layoffs, another four hundred engineers and technical workers. Hard to get excited about a plane delivery when the company keeps shedding people. The stock has been drifting around the same range it has been in for months, up one day, down the next, never really going anywhere.
