I'm another one who has stuck with Realty Income for years, and it just keeps delivering. That monthly dividend is rock solid - I mean, how many companies have raised their dividend 130 times? Love how their lease setup shifts the costs to tenants, smart and stable. With a strong balance sheet and steady expansion, they’re clearly in it for the long game. Definitely one of the few REITs I don’t stress about.
